The Badia Giulia B&B is located in Camaiore, in a building that once housed a Benedictine convent. It was therefore part of a larger complex consisting of an Abbey, the bell tower and the cemetery, which still exist today.

The whole area, although very close to the city center, is extremely quiet. The atmosphere is very relaxing. It is for this reason that we have made the difficult decision not to host children and not to accept animals, even small ones.

For the same reason we have chosen not to equip the rooms with TV and instead have left a tablet with internet connection available.

Upon your arrival we will welcome you with a welcome drink and we will give you the necessary information for your stay in the B&B and in Camaiore.

In the room you will find a bottle of wine, water, a kettle and two cups with tea and herbal teas and a mini-fridge with some drinks and snacks, free of charge, for every day of your stay.

Some rooms have a private sauna and shower with Turkish bath.

The rooms on the ground floor have the particularity of still having all the original wooden beams of the restoration carried out in 1453.

Still on the ground floor, the floor of the Il Refettorio suite is the original medieval one. All rooms are equipped with independent air conditioning and heating.

Weather permitting, breakfasts are served in the large garden that once housed the monks’ vegetable garden. Fresh pastry and bakery products are served. We favor the offer of local products. Where possible, our choice is directed towards organic products, with recyclable packaging, trying to avoid plastic wrapping as much as possible.

In the small walled garden a small mini-pool for up to 4 people is at your disposal. In the common area near the garden you will always find an automatic machine for coffee, barley, chocolate and ginseng. In the evening you can pamper yourself with grappa, vermouth and rum.

In the entrance garden, bicycles await you to reach the beaches or for an invigorating ride around Camaiore.

Check-in can be done from 15:00 to 20:00 and check-out by 11:00.

In both cases, different times can be agreed, in the case of special needs

The unsupervised public parking is located in front of the church. Loading and unloading of luggage is allowed in the parking lot adjacent to the B&B entrance.

The rooms are cleaned every day. Change of sheets every 3 days or on request. The sponges will be changed if left in the basket.
